Hackney law firm Client Earth won a third court victory over the Govenment which has repeatedly delayed publication of it's Air Quality plans. The judge agreed with Client Earth that public health concerns overule the convention of purdah which the government tried to use to delay publishing the plans until after the general election. Now they must be published on 9th May after the local elections.…
