Event Description

From elderflower champagne to nettle tortilla. A practical course in kitchen remedies with herbalist Melissa Ronaldson MNIMH. Wednesday mornings for 10 weeks from 8th May.

This is a hands on course designed to give you confidence to experiment with medicine-making at home. There will be optional afternoon herb-growing and medicine making sessions where you can extend and reinforce what you've learned.

You'll gather plants in the Forest Garden and nearby Hackney Marsh and Wick Wood. Just being here for a few hours is medicine in itself ...
