Some Like It Hot! Saturday 11th May
Love the hot and spicy flavours of international cuisine? Passionate about local food and environmental sustainability? Then this is the workshop is for you. This one day master class led by whole foods chef Lou Beegan will teach you how to make a host of international seasonings from scratch using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.
The workshop will cover how to make from scratch:
-Jamaican jerk
-Lebanese mish (middle eastern yoghurt sauce)
-Tunisian harissa
-Italian pesto with a kick
-Take home recipe sheets and hand-outs
-Tips for preserving your sauces and seasonings
-Delicious organic lunch
Fee: *£65 (inc a free organic lunch)
*This fee is used to fund our program of free courses to vulnerable and low-income community groups
