Our council is asking for your views on air pollution, walking, public transport, liveable neighbourhoods and other aspects of transport through two major consultations which close in October.

Did you know that the transport consultation includes proposals for increasing tree cover, introducing sustainable drainage systems and increasing food growing spaces?

We want to start a discussion on these key green themes that will affect Hackney for the next 10 years to inform our response to the consultation and we are calling this "The Big Green Pow-Wow"  

The public meeting will focus on three topics: Air Quality, Public Transport and Liveable Neighbourhoods.

• Coming along to Hackney Green Drinks on Thursday 11th September, where we will pick out some key issues to work on.
• Come along to a public meeting "The Big-Green Pow-Wow" - at Arcola Theatre on Monday 13th October.
