About me: Young Hackney is the Council’s Early Help and Prevention Service for all young people aged 6 – 19 or up to 25 for young people with special education needs or disabilities. Young Hackney works to ensure that all young people in the borough enjoy their youth and have support in their transition to an independent and successful adulthood. Our goal is to help remove barriers to progression and support young people to reach their full potential. We run universal services such as youth clubs and sports & citizenship activities as well as offering help for children and young people who need additional support.
