The class will include (depending on seasonal availability):

• Introduction to its history and versatility
• Learning how to select, harvest and store acorns
• How to process, detoxify and make acorn
• Sampling and cooking acorn foods
• Cooking with acorn flour
• A delicious lunch of wild, organic and sustainably sourced ingredients (including local acorns)

Fee: £65 (£52 Concession) includes a delicious organic lunch
