"I’ll be sharing my years of experience working in prestigious restaurants and running my own gourmet catering company to take you through everything you need to know to make incredible restaurant standard food in your own home.” Anton Petrov, Former Chef at Vanilla Black & Tibits.
The class will include:
• Learning knife skills and how to peel, chop and slice as precisely and fast as a chef
• Understanding flavours and learning how to subtly balance or adjust them
• Discovering the singular umami flavour, its importance and how to achieve it in your dishes
• Learning technical cooking methods such as braising, poaching and emulsification
• Improving your presentation skills so you know how to plate a dish and create a harmony of colours, shapes and textures
• Delicious organic lunch and recipes to take home
Fee: £65 (£52 Concession) includes a delicious organic lunch
