This event will launch a new report by the Institute for Public Policy Research, London: Global Green City. A plan for the new mayor. The report sets out a radical programme for the new Mayor to:
• Tackle air pollution and traffic congestion
• Reduce London's carbon emissions and promote decentralised renewable energy
• Promote London's green economy and make the city more liveable
