Come and debate how the next Mayor can make London a world-leading green city.


Date: Wednesday 6th April 9:30 – 11:30am

Venue: Royal Arsenal Riverside, Woolwich, London, SE18 6FR

Transport:  A complimentary Thames clipper service to the event will depart at 8:30am from Westminster Pier, with breakfast included. Alternatively, feel free to join us at the venue


This event will launch a new report by the Institute for Public Policy ResearchLondon: Global Green City. A plan for the new mayor. The report sets out a radical programme for the new Mayor to:


• Tackle air pollution and traffic congestion

• Reduce London's carbon emissions and promote decentralised renewable energy

• Promote London's green economy and make the city more liveable


Join other sustainability experts, businesses and community organisations on one of the most successful regeneration sites in Britain to discuss how London can lead the green agenda.
