Free HERB WALK on Sunday 5. July 2015 at the Lea Valley Waterworks, off Leabridge Rd.. Meet at the cafe at 1pm.
Discover the wealth of medicinal plants growing in a local community garden inside the nature reserve. Find out more about the healing properties of common weeds and garden plants and how you can use them to regain and maintain good health. Enjoy sampling a selection of herbal preparations at the end of the walk.
