Event Description

Growing Communities' Patchwork Farmers are setting up a their new growing site on Kynaston Avenue (opposite Kynaston Gardens, behind the bank). They have finally cleared it of brambles and concrete, and one of the final stages is to bring in lots of organic compost. They will be getting 10 bulk bags (around 10 m3) delivered to the road and need to barrow it all about 20 metres to the site. If you can spare an hour to help they would really appreciate it -- it's a better workout than the gym and cheaper! Tools provided.
