ABOUT US

Having lived in different types of shared accommodation in East London, many of us have found ourselves living in single or nuclear family households. We’ve come to realise that this massively reduces the chance for spontaneous interaction with friends and neighbours.

As our friends began to leave London for more affordable places, a group of us decided to seek a housing solution that would allow us to stay in Hackney – a place we all love – and encourage the kind of diversity and community we enjoyed in shared homes.

To us, cohousing seems the way forward.
