Master chocolatier Anthony Ferguson of organic, artisan Hackney based chocolate company Niko B leads this luxurious masterclass in decadent but ethical, sweet gourmet chocolate making.
The day’s program will include:
- Tempering: how to give your chocolates a professional finish
- Truffle making: Ganache and Gianduja styles
- Moulding
- Dipping & decorating (inc how to use transfer sheets)
- Flavouring(solid & ganache) with oils, spices & herbal infusions
- Take home recipes of everything made in class and techniques for chocolate making at home
All chocolate products used on day will be Organic and Fairtrade with seasonal local fruits and nuts incorporated into recipes.
Fee: *£65 (includes a delicious organic lunch)
*This fee is used to fund our program of free cookery courses to vulnerable and low-income community groups
