The class will include:
• How to get bread on the table in under an hour
• Learning techniques for kneading and shaping different breads
• An exploration of different types of yeast
• Learning how to make and look after a sourdough starter
• How to use stale bread and making the most of leftovers
• A delicious organic lunch and recipes to take home
Fee: £65* (£52 Concession) includes a delicious organic lunch
* This fee is used to fund our program of free courses to vulnerable and low-income community groups
