- The Blue-Sky Greenhouse is a social enterprise whose aim is to encourage new perspectives on food production within urban environments and to teach communities how to get growing themselves.
Founded by Ashley Lydiate – who has a background in environmental management with published research into post-agricultural soil quality and a deep passion for sustainable food production – the focus is on educating, inspiring and empowering the public through workshops and the provision of physical infrastructure to get growing.
