Tallest timber-framed structure in the world?

Waugh Thistleton Architects - winner of Green Apple Environment Award 2012 - have submitted plans for a cross-laminated timber framed building up to ten-storeys high. Surely this must be one of the most sustainable residential buildings in London? More here;
