About me
We run a successful monthly restaurant in Clapton Palm2 organic supermarket. Our menu focusses on exciting little bowls of salad that capitalise on the wealth of British seasonal produce, especially championing those suppliers closest to home.

We have a particular passion for managing our waste output and are constantly thinking of new ways to reduce the surplus in our production, whilst making sure that any excess food is positively distributed.
