Hello Growers!

To celebrate another year of Capital Growth's support for enterprising food
growing we've put together a programme of training especially designed for
groups looking to sell some of their produce. From the novice to the
experienced grower we can help to give you ideas, skills and knowledge to
ensure you know what to grow, when and how to turns your crops into cash.

*Coming up:*

*Getting Started - Grow to Sell
* Thursday 12th July 2pm - 4:30pm: with Joel Brook @ Rocky Park, Bethnal
Green

*An introduction to grow to sell crops, crop production techniques and
options. Includes harvesting, packing and pricing your produce, options for
selling , one off and regular sales opportunities.*

*Getting Started: Adding Value *
Wednesday 18th July 6:15pm - 8:45pm - with Ida Fabrizio & Kirsten Cheng @
FARM Shop, Dalston

*This session will look at ideas for how to add value to your produce and
raise some income for your project , with real life examples from Ida and
FARM:Shop.*

*Harvesting *
Monday 13th August 6pm - 8pm - with Ida Fabrizio & Paul Bradbury @ Growing
Communities, Allens Gardens, Stoke Newington
*Covering techniques for harvest, how to plan your planting for
successional harvest at a productive site run by Growing Communities*
