We the Food for Life team at the Shoreditch Trust are recruiting for a Senior Session Leader.
The Food for Life programme supports people to improve their physical and mental health by building a better relationship with food. We believe that good food is essential to leading a healthy and happy life, and that the best way to a healthy diet is to find the joy in making something from scratch, in preparing and enjoying food with others and in discovering new and interesting flavours.
Our workload is expanding and so our team needs to expand too: we are looking for a Senior Sessional Leader to assist with the delivery of healthy eating sessions to members of the public and organisations in the local community. You’ll be working closely with the existing Food for Life team, devising, developing and delivering sessions to diverse groups of all ages and backgrounds, guiding them and equipping them with the tools to enable them to improve their knowledge, skills and understanding of healthy food and cooking.
