We are currently recruiting four urban trainee growers. The (unpaid) traineeship will involve learning all the different aspects involved in growing vegetables with a particular emphasis on salad leaves. The traineeship involves one day and one early evening a week. In addition there will be monthly evening tutorials. The traineeship lasts for six months, from the start of April until the end of September.
