Save Lea Marshes invited amateur and professional photographers to submit photographs on the theme of ‘What I love about the marshes’. Three judges – Jenny Jones, London Assembly Green Group; Colin O’Brien, a local professional photographer; and Alan Seabrook, General Manager at The WaterWorks Centre – chose one overall winner and eleven further images for the 2015 Save Lea Marshes calendar. They also selected four highly commended images and ten commended images. These images form a travelling exhibition which is currently on display at Black Cat during cafe opening hours.
