Want to start a small food business but don’t know where to begin? A good cook but not sure how to turn your skills into a product or business? Then why not sign up for the Making To Sell course at the Made In Hackney Local Food Kitchen?

The weekend intensive course will cover:

  • Becoming an ethical small scale producer
  • Product presentation
  • Branding
  • Securing retailers
  • Sourcing local/ethical ingredients
  • The legal bits
  • Practical sessions

Fee: *£65 including a free organic lunch (Concessions £52)
*This fee is used to fund our program of free courses to vulnerable and low-income community groups
