Event Description

We know preparing fish can be seem daunting at first, it's one of the few animals you'll put in the oven with it's head still on. But once you know a few simple tricks, cooking and preparing fish is a doddle. 

On our two hour fish skills workshop, you'll learn to clean, gut and fillet round fish (things like mackerel) and flatfish (things like sole). At the end of the session you'll have practiced your skills on several fish and you'll head home with your gleaming fillets too. Dinner sorted! Everyone welcome. No experience necessary!

All fish, knives & equipment provided. 

Cost: £25 for all SoleShare members , £50 for non-members
