Come learn how to make the most of fresh fish on our two hour hands-on filleting workshop. During the session you'll learn to clean, gut and fillet round fish (things like mackerel) and flatfish (things like sole). At the end of the workshop you'll have practiced your skills on several fish and you'll head home with your gleaming fillets. Dinner sorted! All fish, knives and equipment provided.
