Calling all dessert/cake lovers who want to get their sweet fix in as healthy a way as possible!
Jayne Totty of Supernourished leads this delicious masterclass in all things sweet, baked but in as healthy a version as possible.
The day’s program will include:
- How to bake delicious sweet treats without refined sugar
- Exploring wholegrain flours with GF options
- Healthy versions of breakfast bakes, biscuits, scones and cakes
- Healthy take on cake frosting
- How to use plant based alternatives to eggs and butter
- Take home recipe sheets, glossary of ingredients and tips sheet
Fee: *£65 (includes a delicious organic lunch)
*This fee is used to fund our program of free cookery courses to vulnerable and low-income community groups
