Event Description

A morning of collecting and appreciating those plants you may erroneously consider a nuisance, and learning how to use them for food and medicine. Bring ingredients for making your own kitchen remedies – cider vinegar, brandy or pochine for tinctures; olive or almond oil for infused oils, witch hazel for lotions; honey for infused medicinal honey; aqueous cream for luxury face cream; jam jars etc. Or just come along and get some ideas for managing your own rich garden ecology. Guaranteed soft hands at the end of the morning !
