In November The Restart Project will be dropping in to Dalston on their virtual tour of London to fix electrical and electrical appliances with us at Dalston CLR James Library. This will be our first evening Restart Party, and it also marks our fourth anniversary!
So dig out those lazy laptops and tired toasters and bring them along! We hope to see lots of our regular restarters and welcome first-timers as well.
If you have a faulty hoover, slow laptop, misbehaving smartphone, or any faulty electrical or electronic device bring it along to the Restart Party and learn how to repair it!
Take back control of your e-stuff, never feel victim to obsolescence again. We help you learn how to fix all kinds of devices, starting with troubleshooting, advising on spare parts if necessary and more.
Come along before the library closes at 8pm and remember: we're happy to help you learn how to repair. We are not repair professionals, and Restart Parties are a community self-repair event. Please take responsibility for your own gadget, your own data, so do not forget to back-up your data.
