Led by Nishma Shah of award winning plant based caterers Shambhu's the Masterclass will cover everything you need to know to make all the elements of a delicious, authentic tasting thali.

The day's program will include:

• A-Z of curry making
• Khadhi – a traditional soup
• Pickles and chutneys
• Breads and rotis
• Dairy-free lassi
• Rice, pulses, lentils – cooking techniques
• Traditional Gujarati dessert
• Using herbs and spices
• Take home recipe sheets
• A delicious organic, local lunch
