SUSTAINABLE/ECO-SCHOOLS NETWORKING MEETING

As part of our support for Education for Sustainability/Eco-Schools Programme, in Hackney, we are holding support and networking meetings for anyone who is interested in making their school a sustainable/Eco-School.

Our first meeting will have as its theme one of the Eco-Schools topics -WASTE AND RECYCLING -

and we will have The Schools’ Recycling and Food Waste officers from LBH, EcoActive and Plastic Free Hackney who can advise you, as well as recommending resources and supporting organisations.

There will also be time for discussions, sharing your environmental experiences, problems, constraints, benefits and innovative ideas. All are welcome whether Green Flag status or just beginning.

  We offer high quality support for Education for Sustainability (EfS) to schools, including INSET, assemblies, EfS/Eco-Schools awareness training for pupils and community, etc.
