Want to feel vibrant, light and energetic? Then this masterclass is for you.
Spring is the time for growth, change and expansion. But expansion is not possible without an internal de-cluttering, making space for new energy. Led by holistic chef Rebecca O’Reilly this rejuvenating workshop will focus on optimising your energy. Learn to create clear vision with foods to cleanse the liver & gall bladder, the organs associated with spring and the wood element.
The day’s program will include:
- Liver enhancing breakfast, lunch and dinner options
-The principles of carrying out a spring cleanse at home
-What to eat to create clear vision, combat frustration, anger & stagnation
- Cleansing juices, vibrant broths, wholesome mains, sugar-free desserts
-Take home recipe sheets and menu planners
-An organic lunch made from locally sourced ingredients
Fee: *£65 (includes a delicious organic lunch)
*This fee is used to fund our program of free cookery courses to vulnerable and low-income community groups
