Back from a summer of cooking on yogic retreats holistic chef Rebecca O’Reilly leads this rejuvenating workshop. Learn how to ward off colds and sickness through winter with foods that strengthen digestion, boost the immune system and nourish the metal energy connected to autumn.
The day’s program will include:
-Immune system boosting breakfast, lunch and dinner options
-What foods to eat to strengthen the digestive system
-Art of cooking with sea vegetables and fermented foods
-Foods to support moods and create balance in mind and body
-Take home recipe sheets and menu planners
-Seaweed crackers, spelt pancakes, beetroot & raw chocolate mouse
-An organic lunch made from locally sourced ingredients
Fee: *£65 (includes a delicious organic lunch)
*This fee is used to fund our program of free cookery courses to vulnerable and low-income community groups
