Over 6 weeks you will get a head start in you career through classroom training and “hands on” experience at Restaurants, “Pop Up” stores and Corporate Catering venues during the busy Summer season.

You will learn about:
Food Production
Customer Service
Outside Catering, “Pop Ups” & Events
Promotions

You will gain BTEC qualifications in Principles of Hospitality & Customer Services that are recognised in the UK and Internationally.
English language lessons and training are provided to those looking to improve their spoken and written English

For those that impress, a permanent job awaits, along with career opportunities within the Company.

The training will begin during early June 2014 and the work placement will be completed in July 2014.
