I am the volunteers and training coodinator at the shoreditch Trust. I am currently running a programme called blue marble training, which trains young people to become chefs. The tarining is at our resturant called Waterhouse which is a sustainable resturant. i am intrested in you organisation as a possible workshop oppurtunity for the trainees
