Growing Communities is an award-winning social enterprise that's trying to change the food system by bringing people together to support small, local sustainable farmers and food producers. Organic community-led box scheme with 13 collection points in Hackney; Stoke Newington Farmers' Market; urban market gardens in local parks and patchwork farm made up of small plots. Also Starter Farm in Dagenham and Start-up Programme to help other groups set up box schemes where they are.
