05/01/15 Have your say on the proposed Ultra Low Emission Zone which would operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the same area as the Congestion Charging zone. The zone would be introduced from 2020 and aims to encourage the use of newer, cleaner vehicles, reducing vehicle pollution by half.
