The ASTF ‘Sustainable Advice in Hackney’ project is pleased to be able to invite you to a Family Law Community Information Session at Hackney Town Hall led by experienced barristers from Thomas Bingham Chambers.
This free session will take place on Wednesday 12th November 2014 between 2pm and 4.30pm.
It will cover common family law problems such as:
how parents can manage contact with their children following divorce or separation;
how parents can enforce a court order for contact with their children;
what can happen to shared financial assets when couples (married or unmarried) split up;
what to do if you’re a grandparent or extended family member who wishes to stop a grandchild/child relative from being taken into care;
