Hackney and Tower Hamlets Friends of the Earth are looking for a new meeting place! As from February 2014 we will no longer be able to use our usual venue.
We are looking for somewhere fairly quiet we can meet once a month (currently, we meet on the second Monday), ideally at 6.30-8pm on a Monday evening. With the increasing congestion on the Regent's canal towpath, plans are afoot to develop alternative cycling routes that run parallel to the canal, all the way from Camden, through Islington and Hackney to Tower Hamlets. The Canal and River Trust is leading the project, with the involvement of the London Cycling Campaign, and Friends of the Earth local groups.

The choices I made were boundaried by all but one of them coming from the first charity shop I entered on my way to the farm :) And the one additional book came on the final day constructing the third fairy ring and I was very pleased to have found the "His bright light" in a charity shop close to the farm that day :)
