About me
I am designer and green wood worker. I use fresh (unseasoned) timber from local sources, traditional hand tools, and heritage craft techniques to make spoons, cups, bowls, stools and other items turned on a foot powered lathe. I also complete larger commissioned pieces including outdoor furniture, benches tables and chairs. I am part of a group called London Green Wood who teach green wood working craft skills at Abney Park Cemetery in Stoke Newington. I have demonstrated green wood working at a number of events in London. (Highgate Wood Heritage Day 2011/2012). (Queens Wood Family Day 2010). (The Cheapside Fayre 2012).If you would like to see some examples of my work either get in touch or view here. www.flickr.com/photos/48181132@N00/sets
