Fuel Poverty: changing the framework for measurement

Consultation now underway (closing date 30 November 2012) seeks views on the Government’s proposed changes to the way we measure fuel poverty in England, setting out a proposal for a new definition of fuel poverty and the implications of any change in definition for the fuel poverty target.  The proposal follows an independent review on the issue - see the press notice at:
