Does your interest in waste and recycling extend to trying to retrieve from the Council's garden waste disposal team any large strong ex-compost or -builders' rubble bags taken away with garden waste in them? DeBG-CF project needs LOTS of them in mid-May, to help peoplee transport loose compost from Dalston Garden around Hackney for use in renovating street tree pits and filling pop-up mini-gardens.... See the event I've listed for 19th May (the start date of Chelsea Fringe) - by which time all this has to have been done and planted up, too!
