Calling all wheat/gluten free folk (or people with gluten/wheat free friends, family & partners you’d like to bake for)!
Masterbaker and supper club chef Ian Ballantyne, (formally of E5 Bakehouse) leads this masterclass in all things delicious, baked and wheat/gluten free.
The day’s program will include:
-Info about gluten/wheat free flours and how to use them
-Nutritional discussion on wheat/gluten free flours
-Gluten/wheat free bread & tart pastry making for savoury dishes
-Gluten/wheat-free treats such as brownies, cookies & muffins
-Trouble shooting common wheat/gluten free baking problems
-Take home recipes of everything made in class and techniques for successful wheat/gluten free baking
Fee: *£65 (includes a delicious organic lunch)
*This fee is used to fund our program of free cookery courses to vulnerable and low-income community groups
