Event Description

Free screening of this important new film by John Pilger

(any voluntary donations made will be passed on to the film maker).

See how banks, insurance and private medical companies now run the NHS for greed not need. The increasing financialisation of the NHS began with stealthy privatisation in the 1990s and was accelerated by the 2012 Health and Social Care Act.

Patients are being dumped on the streets in the middle of the night to save money, and 20% of taxpayer funding now goes on administration and management consultants compared to 5% before privatisation.

Includes extraordinary testimony from insurance company whistle-blowers.

Please share the posters and news of the event with your networks to help support our meetings.

We look forward to seeing you there, and new friends are always welcome!
