Event Description

You are warmly invited to join us for a Wassail gathering, our first garden event of 2016!

4-5 pm

workshop for families- making 'Wassailing' musical instruments.

From 5 pm

Wassailing traditions, singing from the Castle Choir, and sharing poems/stories and Wassail songs around the fire.

There will be mulled cider and apple juice, so we'll be sure to give a toast to the good health of the trees to encourage a plentiful harvest this coming year!
