Anyone come across viral disease causing severe leaf varigation on Pride of India?

The same symptoms appear on two trees in different Hackney parks.

I've also noticed iron deficiency on several trees this spring (Q. robur and Prunus dulcis) but not this severity. This looks more like viral than nutrient issue.
