East Marsh Brownfield Ramble at Hackney Marshes

A wildflower (probably with some bees) exploration of a little known gem of Hackney Marshes - the brownfield ('mosaic habitat') site on East Marsh. Resist Lea Valley Park land sell-off

Cow Bridge: gate out, Grass Roof Company in

There's progress at Cow Bridge. Last week a new lockable bollard appeared, and yesterday I arrived just at the right moment to see the spectacular uprooting of the gate and post.
