Calling all gluten free folk (or people with gluten free friends, family & partners you’d like to bake for)!

Jayne Totty of Supernourished leads this seasonally inspired gluten-free masterclass creating all things delicious, baked, and gluten free for the festive season. 

The day’s program will include:

• Savoury pastry and breads for fabulous party nibbles
• Sweet pastry for magnificent mince pies
• Gluten free versions of some classic Christmas bakes and cakes

As with our regular gluten free masterclass you will get:

• Info about gluten free flours and how to use them
• Nutritional discussion on gluten free flours
• Trouble shooting common gluten free baking problems
• Take home recipes of everything made in class and techniques for successful wheat/gluten free baking

Note: This class is also dairy and egg free
Fee: *£65 (includes a delicious organic lunch) *This fee is used to fund our program of free cookery courses to vulnerable and low-income community groups
