Join us in the garden for a celebration of hedgerows- from a look at traditional hedgelaying techniques, the diversity of plant species hedgerows include, and their importance for wildlife; to the experience of enjoying each change in season through walks alongside them, and wild food foraging.

12-3pm Garden cafe (serving teas, cold drinks, homemade savoury snacks and cakes)
12-4pm Nature games, crafts and face painting for children!
1 -1.30pm Hedgerow talk - traditional hedgelaying techniques and native species, explore local hedges!
2-3pm Hedgerow Herb Walk with Rasheeqa
3.30pm May Day dance and live music (with a climbing rope May Pole!)
5pm May Day bonfire and fireside open mic.
