"As Natural Chef and Professional Food & Lifestyle Photographer, let us show you how to start or improve your very own food blog. We will cook together some delicious seasonal dishes and use these to inspire our writing exercises and photography demonstrations." The class will include:

• Learning tips for writing the perfect recipe and how to introduce it in an attractive way
• Learning simple mobile food photography and prop styling tips to showcase your recipes
• Learning to effectively use social media channels
• How to set-up and update your blog to maintain a good presence online
• How to make health substitutions - conversions from traditional recipes
• A delicious organic lunch and recipes to take home

Fee: £65 (£52 Concession) includes a delicious organic lunch
* This fee is used to fund our program of free courses to vulnerable and low-income community groups
